Some of you may know me as Kiichan's Manager or a fan-merch artist seller within the PH Vtuber Community.
I'm a freelance artist from the Philippines.
I specialize in Video Editing, & Motion Graphics.
Policy
Below are my terms. Please read them thoroughly so we may avoid misunderstandings. This is to protect me and you through this transaction, thank you.
Terms of service
1. After the Client and Artist have made an agreement, the Client is required to deposit at least 50% of the total amount after a draft is given.
2. The commission prices are for personal use only. Please specify if you want your commission to be for commercial use
3. Faster completion or early deadlines will require a rush fee (50% more).
4. Once the final product is finished, small changes like color adjustments, adding small details, or fixing minor mistakes could be done for free.
5. Any large changes will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.
6. The Artist reserves the right to not send the final product if the Client hasn't paid fully yet.
7. Raw files will only be included for copyright commissions.
8. The Client may not resell the artwork itself or claim to have made it. The Client may only resell the product if they purchased it for Commercial Use. (+100%)
9. The Artist may post the commission and stream it publicly unless the client specifies not to.
10. Upon making the first down payment, the Client has read and accepted these terms and conditions.
11. The Client and Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties without consent.
12. If you, the client, did not read the terms of services, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.
13. Payments will be made through Paypal. For Local PH clients, you can pay through Paymaya or Gcash.
Refund Policy
1. When the final product is 80% - 100% finished, refunds are no longer allowed. Be sure you are 100% certain before you commission the artist.
2. If the Client cancels the commission when the Artist has already finished half the progress, the client will get 50% of their payment back. (Total payment)
3. A full refund can be offered if 3 months have passed from payment without receiving any updates/progress about the commission.
4. If the Artist cancels the commission, the client will get a full refund.
